An indigenous-based non-profit organization whose vision is a healthy community built on indigenous journeys towards wellness is seeking a permanent, full time Case Manager.

The organization's vision is a healthy community built on indigenous journeys towards wellness.  Its mission is to will walk beside, advocate and support people affected by FASD and or other disorders. Strengthened by cultural practices and traditional teachings, support will assist in restoring balance to individuals and the community affected by trauma and violence. The organization is committed to supporting the development of strong and healthy communities. They will strive to follow these traditional values in everything they do: courage, wisdom, truth, honesty, humility, respect and empathy.


  • Responsible for maintaining and updating a relevant support plan for each participant
  • Responsible for relaying support plan information to staff on a regular basis
  • Ensuring participants have access to health and cultural services
  • Collaborate with other systems or members identified in the support plan
  • Connect with other resources to meet the needs of the participant


  • Post-secondary degree in social work, social justice, indigenous studies, health related and/or a combination of pertinent experiences in these areas
  • Experience with cultural activities and understanding of indigenous concepts of care and support
  • Experience leading a team in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of disabilities, disorders and mental health issues
  • Driver’s Licence and access to transportation.
